On Friday, 17 March 2023, the Theoretical Particle Physics group at University of Plymouth will host a Particle Physics Master Class.
High school students are invited to this one day Particle Physics Masters Class at the University of Plymouth. There will be lectures from our local group, which will give insight into the topics and methods of basic research into the fundamental matter and forces, enabling the students to perform measurements on real data from particle physics experiments at CERN. At the end of the day, like in an international research collaboration, the participants will join in a video conference for discussion and combination of their results.
