An introduction to the lattice energy momentum tensor using the gradient flow
An introduction to the formulation of the energy momentum tensor in quantum field theory is presented. We will show how to estimate a fully non perturbative formulation of this quantity by mean of lattice gauge theory.
We will show how to overcome the problems arising from the formulation of the EMT on the lattice using a powerful mathematical tool: the gradient flow.
We will apply the method described above to the study of the scalar phi^4 model and to the Yang Mills case.
