Simulation of Particle Filtration in an industrial development process.

I will describe the particle filtration simulation that is used by Mahle in the product development process. The primary focus will be on the particle part of the simulation but also will briefly cover some of the other topics I was involved with during the last 3 years, namely DSMC simulations and Grid generation for Lattice Boltzmann simulations.
